How to Check In your Kids

First, find the CASE Kids Check-In at The HUB.  There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room. We currently offer Dreamers (Age 0-2), Heroes (Ages 3-5), and Legends (Grades 1-6). Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information:

  • Parent/guardian name(s)

  • Child's name

  • Child's birthdate

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

We also ask that you fill out a Child Registration Form, either online or in person, before checking your kids in. You can find the form Here

Before Service: You can check-in your child at The HUB. You and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching security tag.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your security code will pop up on the screens. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.

If your child(ren) is/are nervous we invite parents to join us in the classroom to help ease them into the class until they feel comfortable. We also strongly encourage and need Parent Partnership to run our classes which is a commitment of no more than one time per month per family, volunteering in our classes.

OUR VOLUNTEERS

Our volunteers help every aspect of a Sunday morning service run smoothly, including our CASE Kids classes. The volunteers all love children and are dedicated to helping them meet with Jesus in their classes.
We prioritize the safety and protection of the children here at CASE; all of our volunteers are screened and attend safety training at least once every year to help make CASE Kids a comfortable, welcoming place for children to discover who God made them to be.
We strongly encourage family involvement, and we need your partnership to keep our kid’s ministry running smoothly. If you have decided to make CASE your church home, we ask that at least one parent/guardian/family member volunteers in CASE Kids (volunteers are scheduled no more than once per month).
